If there is one thing that Bruce Wayne’s alter ego Batman is known for, it has to be the awesome array of toys and vehicles that he gets to use. However, just how much would it cost for a mere mortal to don the cape and be The Batman? Well, mind-set and R&D aside its bloody expensive, although not as much as it costs Tony Stark’s Iron Man.
The most expensive one by far was the re-building of Wayne Manor, which cost an estimated $600,000,000 after it was burned down by Ra’s al Ghul in Batman Begins. The annual running of Wayne Manor is approximately $37,000 which doesn’t include having the devoted Alfred.
Toys wise, the most expensive is his high-flying war machine The Bat (The Dark Knight Rises) which comes in at £60,000,000 followed by his land based vehicle The Tumbler which comes in at $18,000,000. However The Tumbler does come with the Bat Pod (emergency escape bike) so it’s a bargain.
Total cost along with training, weapons and other awesomeness is $682,451,350 (minus R&D)
